Description

Fremling's field notebook for 1983-1985 includes original research notes and drawings, some professional/research travel mileage, and expenses for reimbursement. Notes are dated Jan 1, 1983-Feb 2, 1985, written in mostly pencil with some ink annotations. Some pages marked with unlabeled sticky notes. Pages are unnumbered. Subjects covered include fish trapping, duck counts, muskrat trapping, Seattle geology workshop, Bahamas study trip, Lake Winona, Ziebart pit, Boller Lake dam and water levels, winter water and ice conditions, land taxes, timber pruning, mayfly emergences (H. bilineata), mayfly eggs, local historical society meetings and talks. Also includes a drawing of the Boller dam, and various contact information.
