Abstract
Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) is a therapy technique that has been new to research in the last 10 years. Studies have shown the positive impact that AAT has on anxiety within adults, however little research has been conducted on the impact of AAT on school aged children. By researching AAT, the impacts on anxiety within elementary aged students, researchers might uncover an effective intervention to use in Elementary Schools.
