Article written by Calvin R. Fremling regarding procedure for "[maintaining] large laboratory populations of Hexagenia mayflies" for controlled study. The article also includes detailed instructions on: mayfly egg collection, egg storage, nymph rearing and cultivation, and specimen disposal.
