Photograph of the Degree Class of 1932 with President Guy E. Maxwell outdoors on campus. Everyone is in cap and gown. The front row of 16 students and President Maxwell is seated with the remaining 30 students standing in two rows behind them.
This photo was printing in The Winona Teachers College Bulletin, dated November 1931, p. 8, and The Bulletin for The Summer Session, June 13 to July 22, 1932, p. 8. Both photos are captioned "Degree Class of 1932" and the date "June 1932" was added to the second one. The dates are confusing. It is possible that the photo was taken before graduation, early in the 1931-1932 school year, so that it could be used in publications for that year.

The photo was previously pasted in perhaps a black photo album. There are remnants of the black paper in seven spots on the back of the photo. There is a 1.5 cm piece of the edge of the photo missing on the upper left side, but it is only of the leafy background.
