Description
Formal portrait of Otto Herman Bollman (1876-1957) from Hart, Minnesota. He was on the football team, served as a teacher in the Philippines from 1901-1904, and was Assistant Postmaster in Winona from 1907-1941. Bollman was a member of the 1939 committee to assist in the placement of students in Winona business firms and homes for part-time work during the school year. The photo was taken in the 1930s.
