Description
The Inter Faculty Organzation is the collective bargaining union for the faculty at Winona State University (WSU). Through the perspectives of three faculty this video provides a look at the origins of the Inter Faculty Organization and the its local chapter the Winona State Faculty Association. James Bromeland (Political Science and Public Administration), James Reynolds(Sociology), and Ronald Stevens (Sociology) share their experiences with moderator Colette Hyman (History) . This video is a part of a larger series titled The History of Unions at Winona State University.
