Biography Information
Ernest W. Winter: Hall of Fame Inductee
Winter retired after 35 years as superintendent of schools in Revillo, So. Dak., Belgrade, Minn., and Spring Valley, Minn. He served as chairman and committee member for District I, Region I, and the Delegates Assembly for the Minnesota State High School League. He was honored by the Minnesota Association of School Administrators for over 30 years of service. Winter’s son, Bill, was an outstanding high school and collegiate who went on to play professional football with the New York Giants. Winter is still active with the Kiwanis and church work.
