Description
The 2019 Engaged Ethics Conversation (EEC) explores the theme resilience in leadership, ethical decision making, hard choices, and hard times and explores how resilience contributes to the well-being of individuals in our community; how behaviors, choices and activities impact the corporate culture; and how do leaders build resilience into the organization. This simple, practical approach illustrates why resilience is a living-breathing concept. The 2019 EEC speakers are Kim Norton (Mayor, Rochester, Minnesota), Steve Blue (President and CEO of Miller Ingenuity), and Ann S. Masten (Professor of Child Development).
