Submit a Proposal

Before submitting, please read all and have ready the following items.

The submission process consists of the following steps:

  1. Read and accept the Submission Agreement below.
  2. Provide information about yourself and any co-authors, abstract, and other descriptive information.
  3. Upload your electronic file of your proposal, if any, and associated files.

Before you begin, please be sure you have the following items:

  • Presentation title
  • The abstract (up to 250 words)
  • A list of keywords (10 maximum)
  • The electronic format of your file, or hyperlink to your file, if any (Word document or PDF)

Submission Agreement for CLASP Lecture Series

By checking the box below, I grant OpenRiver on behalf of Winona State University the non-exclusive right to distribute my abstract online through the OpenRiver Repository. Presentations may be recorded and it is optional to have your recorded presentation submitted and available via OpenRiver.
