Description

A folder of correspondence, handwritten notes, and a newspaper clipping regarding both the erosion and (past) deliberate dumping of grave soil from Woodlawn Cemetery into ditches, and subsequently into Lake Winona. COrrespondents include Fremling, Robert J. Bollant, and David Rholl (Winona County Highway Department). Multiple copies of memos and letters included. 10 pages. Part of the Cal R. Fremling Collection.
