The Spirit of Winona is a program produced by Hiawatha Broadband Communications (HBC) Studios. The series ran between 2000-2005.The Spirit of Winona was hosted by Joyce Woodworth. The programs within this series cover a variety of topics: documentaries, stories, architecture, cooking to name a few. Streaming access is possible through a partnership with HBC and Winona State University Krueger Library.
