Abstract
My original projected proposal was to hang 100 flowers in a ten by ten inch grid for my select senior art show. During the installation of the project the Gallery Coordinator, Roger Bouley suggested that I try a different approach in hanging my 100 flowers. The new approach was to hang the 100 flowers throughout the gallery and weave them around the other works that would be in my show. Don Schmidlapp approved these new variations, which made the work in my show more cohesive. Hanging the flowers this way made the work have a greater impact and enhanced the overall aesthetics of each individual flower. I completed the framing and had my select senior show April 27th-May 1st. In addiion, I will be installing the 100 flowers as an independent complete piece in Watkins, the Student Union or another location on the WSU campus by midterm fall semester 2015, with Professor Schmidlapp.
