Fremling regarding the LCMR (Legislative Commission on Minnesota Resources) funding proposal, "A Cooperative Project Between Winona State University and the City of Winona to Restore Lake Winona Wetlands Dominated by the Noxious Exotic Weed, Purple Loosestrife (Lythrum salicaria)." Created in response to John Velin's letter requesting a revised, reduced budget/proposal from Fremling. Calculations show difference between original proposal costs and revised. 1 page.
